How are hours tracked?
Your foreman signs one timesheet a week. It's the record we pay the crew and bill you from.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice per job each week, with overtime on its own line. Payment terms are set in your client agreement.
What if someone isn't working out?
Call your coordinator. We start on a replacement matched on the same trade and cards, and that person doesn't go back to your site.
Is the paperwork done before day one?
Yes. Every worker completes onboarding with us (I-9, W-2, direct deposit) before their first day on your site.
Can we extend an assignment or hire someone?
Call your coordinator to extend. Hiring one of our workers full-time is possible, on the conversion terms in your client agreement.
