These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at protradestaffing.com and the forms on it (together, the "Site"), operated by ProTrade Staffing LLC, doing business as ProTrade ("ProTrade," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about ProTrade, request workers, apply for work, and contact us. You agree to:

• provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share;
• use the Site only for lawful purposes;
• not interfere with the Site, attempt to access areas or accounts you are not authorized to use, or submit content that is false, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

Requests and Applications

Submitting a worker request does not create a staffing agreement. ProTrade staffing services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, and the rates, terms, and conditions in that agreement govern the services.

Submitting an application or applying for a listed job does not guarantee an interview, an assignment, or employment. Job listings on the Site describe the kind of work ProTrade places and may not reflect openings available at any given time.

Text Messaging (SMS)

When you check the text message box on a ProTrade form, you agree to receive text messages from ProTrade Staffing at the mobile number you provide. Messages relate to your request, application, job opportunities, assignments, scheduling, and account updates.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming it and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (978) 878-2121 or email team@protradestaffing.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or employment.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Content and Photos

The Site's text, design, logos, and graphics belong to ProTrade or are used with permission. Some photographs on the Site are used under Creative Commons licenses; their sources and licenses are listed on our Photo credits page.

Links to Other Sites

The Site may link to websites operated by others. ProTrade is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided for general information on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ProTrade does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTrade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
